History

The Company was founded by Bohuslav Mrózek in May 1989. Mr. Mrózek had been working as a locksmith for the Ironworks of Třinec for 15 years. He has always been a passionate climber. This was the impulse to establish a company, which is specifically dealing with work at heights where workers take advantage of their climbing technique.

In 1996 the company included more than 15 workers - locksmiths, electricians, carpenters, masons, painters, and climbers. By this time, they had realized more than 50 repairs and reconstructions of smokestacks. Moreover, 10 cooling towers had been repaired. Nearly one hundred high-rise buildings, chimneys, cooling towers, tanks and similar tasks had been examined. Activities had also been focused on protective coatings, roof reconstruction and installation of tires trapezium plates.

In mid-1997, the first wheeled excavator KOMATSU and first truck NISSAN were bought. Mrózek Company began to specialize in earthwork, utility networks, sewage and demolition work. Following these activities, the machine and vehicle fleet has also grown over time. A  mobile recycling line Terex Pegson able to recycle construction rubble was purchased as well. In 2006, a new operating centre in Bystřice was built, which includes buildings, a gas station, fuel and a cold storage. In 2008, a new hall of construction machinery was built.
