The building was clad with asbestos-cement panels, which also formed internal dividing partitions. The structure was a multi-story standalone reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton, set into a monolithic reinforced concrete sump. It was roofed with a reinforced concrete monolithic slab, upon which were mounted 2 diffusers with cooling fans. In the individual floors of the skeleton, metallic cooled blocks were placed, along with a network of cooling pipes with a spraying device and louvre structures of eliminators. The skeleton structure is two-track with five rows of columns. These were interconnected at five levels by reinforced concrete beams. The dimensions of the building were 15.61 x 8.72 x 14.76 meters in enclosed space of 2,133 cubic meters and a built-up area of 160.07 square meters.
