Senovážné náměstí 3, Prague 1 – reconstruction and extension
Project Description:
The subject of implementation was reconstruction of office building on a hotel complex, remained of buildings A and B, building C has been removed. Building C – 6 above-ground floors + 1 underground floor. Demolition of the rest of the connecting „neck“ between object A and B. Demolition was carried out in the historical center of Prague. It was necessary to reduce dust and noise. The demolition took place in an enclosed area.
