Demolition of buildings: parcel no. 224, parcel no. 225, parcel no. 263 with a total dimension 4 718 m2. A pyrotechnic exploration had to be carried out before starting demolition. The final terrain work were done after the demolition – provide with humus (to a thickness of at least 10cm), grass cover and putting the neighboring plot into its original state.
