All the productive and non-productive activities of today’s companies are accompanied by the generation of waste and its disposal and the rational use is a priority of any company from both the environmental and economic point of view.

Construction burdens the environment to a great portion, however at the same time it is able to relieve the environment in particular by the ability to consume construction waste as a replacement of natural raw materials.

And since one of our main activities is demolition work, construction and demolition waste represent for us a significant proportion of the total production of waste and as a responsible and professional company that ranks protection of the environment among its priorities, we try to use waste material as far as possible prior to their disposal in landfills or other disposal.

In particular, it is concrete and brick waste that we try to recycle as much as possible. We offer recycling of recoverable waste by a mobile jawcrusher BL-PEGSEON PREMIERTRAK 1100X650 and according to the customer’s wish also sorting of manufactured stones by sorting line KEERSTRACK NOVUM for closer aggregates. Recycling of waste is carried out according to the established procedures and approved on the basis of theWorking Procedure – Production Management System of Recycling Materials by Crushing. In the manufacture of recycled material, both the quality of the input waste into the stamp and quality of output of materials are strictly controlled, where apart from their chemical properties also the physico-mechanical properties of aggregates are examined. The proof of the product quality for the customer is a declaration of conformity and a CEmark.

This high-quality and comprehensive service is provided for our customer anywhere in the Czech Republic and abroad, for example, in Slovakia or in Poland. Of course, the services are carried out responsibly, in accordance with the valid legislation of the country. Thus produced certified aggregates have a wide range of uses in the construction industry, especially those with the highest quality graded recycle. Our certified aggregates for an unconsolidated mixture and mixture of consolidated hydraulic binder for engineering work and road construction - concrete, mixed or slag recycle - ismost often used as backfilling and embankment material, but also to stabilize the background.
